WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE OUTSTANDING ARTISTS WHO WILL BE PERFORMING AT WE FEST 2007
The 25th annual WE Fest is a salute to the past, present and future of country music, and we are very proud to bring you some of the artists that have helped make the WE Fest what it is today, including the incomparable John Anderson and Sawyer Brown, the two artists that have played the WE Fest stage most often in the past.
We are also excited to present the future of country music as Carrie Underwood, Josh Turner, The Wreckers, and Heartland make their WE Fest debut. They represent the very best of the bright new stars coming out of Nashville today.
Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson and Trace Adkins are at the top of their game - hitting the top of the charts this past year and playing to huge audiences across the country. We are excited to welcome each of them back to the WE Fest stage, and feel fortunate that they are able to join us for this very special occasion.
We are also thrilled that 9 time Grammy Award winner Sheryl Crow will be a part of this year's hallmark WE Fest. She joins a long line of artists, from Roy Orbison and the Beachboys, to Ringo Star and John Denver, who add something really special to the WE Fest over the years. Sheryl has recorded with some great country artists this past year, but she is a superstar in her own right, and we really look forward to sharing her music with you.
Thousands of people have already purchased the tickets and camping permits for WE Fest 2007, because they want to be a part of our 25th Anniversary celebration. There are still lots of general admission tickets and camping permits left, and we are making several improvements to the general admission area for the coming year. To begin with, we are totally rebuilding the entrances so you can get in and out faster and easier. We are improving the aisles so you can get around better, and we are bringing back the General Admission Seating Only section, so those of you that want to bring a lawn chair, and sit and watch the show, will be able to do so.
We're tweaking both the sound system and concert screens for better coverage in the general admission area, and we are constantly striving to improve the concessions, and campgrounds. We want you to have a great WE Fest!
